Guided by the vision of Michelin‑starred chef Nicolas Isnard and the talent of the team led by Leandro Caballero, this proposal pays homage to one of the most iconic treasures of our coastline. Tuna is reimagined in recipes that evoke the richness of Al‑Ándalus, blending aromatic spices, Mediterranean nuances and contemporary techniques to create a sophisticated experience full of contrasts.
