Sotogrande® claims top two spots in latest Spanish Top 100 Rankings

Among the most recent Spanish Top 100 rankings from, Sotogrande® has claimed the top two spots amongst a host of impressive golfing destinations within Spain.

World-renowned Real Club Valderrama has once again been rated as the best course in the country, with its constant presence within the global professional game. As the 1997 Ryder Cup venue, and soon to be host of the new innovative LIV Golf series in June, it remains one of the most revered courses in Europe.

Sotogrande’s oldest golf course, Real Club Sotogrande, moved up to second place in the national rankings. This Robert Trent Jones championship layout boasts subtleties and a classic ambience that excites and charms golfers in equal measure – key in elevating it to this fantastic position.

In addition to the top two ranked courses, the quality of golf in Sotogrande® is further exemplified by the presence of La Reserva Club at number 13 on the list, with the 27-hole Almenara Golf also featured within the rankings.
