Seasonal cheer will abound on Friday 6th December when the almost seven-metre-tall Christmas tree on Ribera del Marlin in La Marina de Sotogrande is lit, followed by a much-loved traditional kick-off for the season, when Sotogrande International School sings popular Christmas carols. A perfect family event – seeing children’s excitement at the magic of the season is a gift in itself. The lighting of the tree will mark the start of a programme of events over the Christmas period.
