Once a month, the La Reserva Clubhouse restaurant transforms to offer a themed dinner carefully crafted by our culinary team, where seasonal ingredients and creativity take center stage.
Each edition presents a different concept, inspired by traditions, ingredients, or world cuisines, with a set menu designed to provide a complete experience from the aperitif to dessert. An evening to share good food, conversation, and haute cuisine in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

On 14 March, Saturday Table presents “Sea & Land”, a proposal that celebrates the perfect harmony between the flavours of the sea and the richness of the land.

The experience begins with a delicate mushroom and cashew afogato as an appetiser, followed by a sophisticated scallop carpaccio with cauliflower, calçots, and romesco, where marine freshness meets smoky and vegetable nuances.

For the main course, the stars of the evening will be lamb chops with vegetable ragout and mint sauce—an intense and aromatic combination that brings depth and character to the menu.

A light and elegant Pavlova adds the sweet finishing touch, the perfect way to conclude the evening with subtle balance.
