Toutes les parcelles s'\u00e9tendent sur un hectare de parc et offrent des vues sur la mer M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e et une intimit\u00e9 exceptionnelle, tout en s'inspirant de l'environnement naturel.<\/p><p>Le studio d'architecture ARK, de renomm\u00e9e mondiale, est responsable de la conception de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de NIWA. ARK se sp\u00e9cialise dans l'utilisation de la nature environnante comme source d'inspiration pour ses projets et met l'accent sur le jardin en tant que m\u00e9diateur entre le paysage et la maison. Il en r\u00e9sulte une maison fluide et homog\u00e8ne qui s'int\u00e8gre parfaitement dans son environnement.<\/p><p>Nous avons parl\u00e9 \u00e0 Manuel Ruiz Moriche du concept et du processus cr\u00e9atif de la conception de NIWA et de la fa\u00e7on dont l'emplacement offre l'opportunit\u00e9 parfaite de \"vivre dans la nature\" tout en \u00e9tant proche des commodit\u00e9s telles que les installations sportives, le port de plaisance et plusieurs a\u00e9roports.<\/p><p>\"Mon processus cr\u00e9atif a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 le m\u00eame : tout fonctionne sur le papier, mais il y a toujours quelque chose qui est prioritaire, et pour nous, c'est toujours le lieu\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Moriche. \"Qu'allons-nous donner en retour \u00e0 cet endroit en y construisant une maison ?<\/p><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sotogrande.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/niwa-ppal-3.jpg\" alt=\"niwa-ppal-3\" \/><\/figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sotogrande.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/niwa-ppal-4.jpg\" alt=\"niwa-ppal-4\" \/><\/figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sotogrande.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/niwa-ppal-6.jpg\" alt=\"niwa-ppal-6\" \/><\/figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sotogrande.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/niwa-ppal-2.jpg\" alt=\"niwa-ppal-2\" \/><\/figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sotogrande.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/N-12.jpg\" alt=\"N-12\" \/><\/figure><p>\"Nous avons baptis\u00e9 ce projet NIWA, un mot japonais qui signifie jardin. C'est un projet organis\u00e9 autour de cours et de jardins. Dans cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9, on est toujours en dialogue avec la nature.<\/p><p>\"Nous voulons \u00e9galement que ce projet soit tr\u00e8s efficace sur le plan \u00e9cologique et qu'il ait peu d'impact sur l'environnement. Nous r\u00e9utiliserons toute l'eau de pluie et \u00e9quiperons la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de panneaux solaires afin que la maison soit autosuffisante - elle sera \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9e de syst\u00e8mes intelligents \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie. Il s'agira d'une maison hautement technique, mais parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 l'environnement.<\/p><p>Manuel explique que ce projet cl\u00e9 en main est \"le r\u00eave de tout architecte\".
