La magnifique marina de Sotogrande est au c\u0153ur de la communaut\u00e9. Elle est connue pour ses excellents restaurants, ses boutiques, ses galeries d'art et ses centres de beaut\u00e9, et constitue une destination de choix pour les amateurs de sports nautiques.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Le port de plaisance de Sotogrande est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l'est du fleuve Guadiaro. La zone du port de plaisance ne faisait pas partie du d\u00e9veloppement initial de Sotogrande, mais dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, afin de revitaliser la zone, le port de plaisance a \u00e9t\u00e9 planifi\u00e9 avec des appartements destin\u00e9s \u00e0 ouvrir un march\u00e9 immobilier diff\u00e9rent.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Le port de plaisance a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 en 1987 sous le nom officiel de Puerto Deportivo Sotogrande. Le port de plaisance a \u00e9t\u00e9 agrandi \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1990. <\/span>substantiel<\/span> des appartements de premi\u00e8re ligne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s.<\/span> L'acc\u00e8s au Puerto Deportivo et au port de plaisance se fait directement depuis l'ancienne route c\u00f4ti\u00e8re N-340, un peu \u00e0 l'ouest du village de <\/span>Torreguadiaro<\/span>. Le Puerto Deportivo de Sotogrande se compose de cinq blocs d'appartements avec des restaurants et des boutiques au niveau de la rue. Entre les blocs, il y a des patios, <\/span>jardins<\/span> et des jeux d'eau, id\u00e9al pour les repas en plein air.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Notre belle marina dispose de 683 places, de 8 \u00e0 50 m\u00e8tres, ainsi que d'excellentes installations pour les marins, telles qu'une cale s\u00e8che et des ateliers pour les r\u00e9parations, une zone de ravitaillement en carburant et, bien s\u00fbr, des toilettes et des douches. Le Real Club Maritimo de Sotogrande est le centre de la vie nautique de la r\u00e9gion. Il organise des r\u00e9gates, des cours de kayak, de planche \u00e0 voile, de cano\u00eb et de kitesurf, ainsi que des cours de voile pour les enfants et les adultes. Yachting Sotogrande est un centre de formation officiel de la RYA qui propose des cours de voile pratiques.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

En \u00e9t\u00e9, un service de bateau-taxi gratuit traverse la marina. Les trajets vont du quai adjacent au caf\u00e9 de la plage Gigi's au quai situ\u00e9 en face du bar K\u00e9. Le \"Club Maritimo\" (club de voile), bien \u00e9tabli, est situ\u00e9 dans la marina et offre la possibilit\u00e9 de louer un voilier, un yacht ou un autre bateau.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
