RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Direct Booking

• The attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. Reservations should be made only by contacting our reservations department by email at reservations.sotogrande@so-hotels.com, clearly indicating the discount code FIFTYMEBE24 that will appear once this form is completed (don’t forget to write it down). Any bookings made by individual guests through other channels and third parties (e.g. booking.com, travel agencies…) are not eligible for the discount.
• Guest upon reservation will be required a full deposit equivalent to the total stay (non-cancellable/nonrefundable/no transferable). The remainder of the stay will be charged 30 days before arrival. Upon check-in for each guest, a credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation. A pre-authorization will be taken on the card. The Hotel reserves the right to use said credit card to charge part or all of the stay according to the applicable conditions. Balance payment will be settled upon arrival at the hotel.
• The offer in applicable on flexible public rate. This offer is not cumulative with any other offers,  discounts and ACCOR loyalty program discount, and valid only for stays in 2024 excluding High Season.
• This offer is only valid for bookings made before September 30th  2024
• Black-out dates may apply. Discount subject to availability and Hotel terms and conditions in force at the time of booking
• Each guest is responsible for paying their own expenses upon check-out, including but not limited to accommodation, VAT, incidentals, individual restaurant reservations, no-shows at check-in, late cancellations, or early departures.
