The Beach to host first cinematic evening as part of the Six Decades of Cinema 60th anniversary event

As part of Sotogrande’s 60th anniversary celebrations, The Beach at La Reserva Club will be hosting the first in a series of cinematic evenings, to celebrate the past six decades of cinema.

On May 20th, the outdoor film series will kick off with ‘Bedknobs and Broomsticks’. With the screen located by the adult pool area, guests will be able to watch the film while overlooking the natural surroundings and Sports Lagoon at The Beach.

The film starts at 20:30, residents and guests can sit back, relax and revel in some of the best cinema has to offer – with the bar and restaurant open for food and beverages throughout the evening.

Film viewing will be free of charge to everyone booking a table, with food and beverage to be paid upon consumption. Dinner will be served from 20:30 until 22:30, with a varied menu available from the dedicated team at The Beach.

Between May and September, guests will have six unique opportunities to enjoy the Outdoor Cinema Festival, with each of the six evenings dedicated to an era within the past six decades.

  • 18th July: Honey, I shrunk the kids
  • 1st August: A Simple Wish
  • 15th August: Alice in Wonderland
  • 2nd September: Zootopia
