To round out the Cinema Festival in celebration of Sotogrande’s 60th anniversary, The Beach at La Reserva Club will be showing Zootopia as the final film in the six-part series.

Zootopia will represent the final decade of the 60 years of cinema and is an entertaining, fun film for the whole family to enjoy.

The showing will be held on September 2nd on the terrace of The Beach restaurant, near the adult swimming pool, with the film starting at 21:30pm. The restaurant and bar will be open from 20:30pm serving food and beverages before the film starts.

Zootopia (2016) is a Disney animation directed by Byron Howard and Rich Moore. The film takes place in a mammal metropolis where various animals live and thrive. The main character, Judy Hopps, played by Ginnifer Goodwin becomes the first rabbit to join the police force in Zootopia and quickly learns how tough it is to enforce the law. Determined to prove herself, Judy jumps at the opportunity to solve a mysterious case. Unfortunately, that means working with Nick Wilde played by Jason Bateman, a wild fox who makes her job even harder. Judy and Nick have a love hate relationship but work well when they join forces to uncover a con artist whilst having many laughs and interesting encounters along the way.
